Vernon, CT (February 13, 2022) – Multiple people were taken to Hartford-area medical centers after a motorcycle crash happened in Vernon on Saturday afternoon, February 12.
Emergency crews were called to the Hartford Turnpike at Exit 64 and upon arrival at the scene, they called in a LifeStar to transport victims to the hospital. All patients were transported to Hartford hospitals for care, though the total number of victims is unknown. Officers with the Vernon Police Department were also on the scene to clear the area and investigate.
The investigation into the circumstances surrounding the collision is ongoing. Further details will be released by the VPD in the coming days.
