Many road accidents can take months to investigate, with authorities studying all angles/possibilities before making any conclusion. Their end goal would always be the accurate identification of culprits/causes so that liable parties can be taken off the road. That said, motorists or pedestrians injured in incidents involving negligence are advised to consult legal experts so that their cases can be thoroughly examined.
