It goes without saying that driving a motorcycle exposes people to more risk than driving a car or any four-wheeled vehicle. That said, motorcycle riders carry the same legal responsibility and benefits as any other driver or passenger on the road. If you are a rider, it pays to be aware of your legal rights in case you or a loved one is involved in any road incident.
