Plainfield – Collision With Injuries
Two vehicles were involved in a rear-end collision in Plainfield last Saturday.
The incident occurred shortly before noon on Prospect Street, east of its intersection with Squaw Rock Road. A motorist was at a red light when another vehicle hit him from behind. The man sustained injuries and was taken to Day Kimball Healthcare for treatment. The female motorist driving the striking vehicle has since been issued an infraction related to the incident. Officials have yet to identify the motorists and will do so and provide other relevant info when appropriate.
