Norwalk – Driver Suspected Of DUI Arrested
A motorist was arrested following a multi-vehicle collision in Norwalk late Friday evening.
At approximately 11:00 p.m., 22-year-old Tina Tong was driving erratically on Danbury Road when she veered off onto the opposite lane. This resulted in a three-vehicle collision with significant damage and injuries. Officers who arrived at the scene immediately administered a field sobriety test on Tong which she failed. She was then arrested and has been recently charged with failure to drive right, driving an unregistered vehicle, not having sufficient insurance, and driving under the influence. Tong is scheduled to appear in court on November 18.
