In many cases, accidents involving two or more vehicles are caused by just one errant driver or culprit vehicle. Of course, there are other possibilities to consider, and investigators are expected to study all of them when assigning liability. People are frequently injured in these situations. It’s only fair that ample opportunities to cope and find closure are available to them.
