New Haven – Minor On Bike Injured By Vehicle
A juvenile biker was injured by a car in New Haven yesterday afternoon.
At approximately 5:00 p.m., authorities received reports of an accident on Fowler Street and immediately dispatched emergency crews to the area. According to officials, a minor was riding a bike on that road when he was hit by a passing vehicle. The victim sustained serious injuries and was unresponsive when EMS crews arrived. Authorities cordoned off the roadway between Amity Road and Frederick Street while they investigated the incident. The identities of those involved have yet to be released by officials. They will do so when appropriate.
