Hartford – School Bus Crash on I-91
A school bus carrying students was involved in a crash on I-91 earlier today.
Connecticut State Police confirmed that the school bus was traveling on the southbound side of I-91 crossing Hartford when the accident occurred. The bus collided with a smaller passenger vehicle at exit 34. To avoid blocking the highway, authorities moved the vehicles to the exit ramp immediately following the incident. The school district of Hartford has also sent vehicles to help affected students get back to their homes. The police have not reported casualties in both vehicles.
Multiple-vehicle accidents can cause injuries to many people, though in this case, no one was hurt in the incident. Authorities investigate this and other road-related accidents thoroughly, and if negligence or ill intent is established, victims or injured parties can file for personal injury claims.
