Hartford – Interstate Accident

A vehicle accident closed down a section of the highway in Hartford late yesterday evening.

The incident occurred on the northbound side of I-91 crossing Hartford, a quarter of a mile before exit 33, at around 10:00 p.m. State and local crews have attended to those involved in the crash. Injuries were reported, and a section of the interstate was closed immediately following the crash. Officials cleared the scene less than half an hour after the accident was first reported. Authorities have yet to provide details regarding the incident. More information will be released when they become available.

It can be challenging to respond to highway accidents due to logistical concerns, but this case only proves how efficient emergency crews are in responding to road-related incidents. Having said that, investigating accidents promptly is also a priority for authorities so that culprits can be identified accurately.
