Motor Vehicle Accidents in Connecticut
The majority of injury-causing wrecks or fatal accidents are not only the result of bad luck or sheer coincidence. They are the direct result of someone’s reckless, negligent, or nefarious actions.
Although many accidents cause only bumps and bruises that will heal in no time, others will have a long-term or even permanent influence on the victim’s life.
In Connecticut, the statute of limitations for personal injury claims is two years from the day the accident occurred. If you want to file a claim, you are required to meet this deadline.
Should the deadline lapse, your claim for compensation will almost certainly be dismissed so it is in your best interest to speak with a Connecticut personal injury lawyer as soon as possible.
We believe that our clients should not be subjected to physical and financial suffering because of another person’s poor decision. With a skilled Connecticut personal injury attorney in your corner, you can confidently seek compensation for your lost income, hospital bills, pain and suffering, and other losses.
