One vehicle has already been identified/suspected in causing this particular accident. That said, investigators will always study all possibilities before making their conclusions in this and other cases. It’s obviously important to accurately establish liability so that culprits can be brought to justice. What’s less obvious are the legal avenues that victims of these crashes can explore, particularly if negligence played a part in any of these cases.
