Fairfield – Motorist Injured In SUV Mishap

A motorist was hurt after an accident in Fairfield yesterday.

Authorities received reports of the crash at approximately 12:28 p.m. and immediately dispatched fire and EMS crews to the accident site. According to responders, an SUV with one occupant crashed into a stonewall at the intersection of Osborne Hill and North Benson Roads. EMS crews quickly tended to the driver of the vehicle. The motorist was slightly injured but refused to be transported. Officials have yet to determine if another vehicle was involved in the incident — the crash is still being investigated.
