East Haven – Officer Injured After Car Ramming
East Haven police are currently looking for a driver who rammed a police unit to escape apprehension yesterday.
The suspect’s vehicle, a 2003 Pontiac Vibe, was first identified by North Branford police who immediately notified East Haven officials. Its last reported location was on Route 80, heading west. One officer sustained injuries in this incident and has since been transported to the hospital for treatment.
