Cheshire – Vehicle Crash On Highway
A crash was reported in Cheshire yesterday evening.
Authorities dispatched fire and medical teams to I-84 West at around 6:37 p.m. following reports of a crash that occurred about a quarter of a mile before Exit 26 (Route 70). A section of the highway was blocked by an unspecified number of vehicles involved in a crash. Injuries were reported, and the scene was cordoned off so that motorists can be tended to safely. Road crews immediately started cleanup operations and were able to clear the site less than an hour later. Officials have not identified anyone yet pending an investigation.
