Bridgeport – Route 8 Crash Update
Authorities just released more info regarding last Tuesday’s interstate accident in Bridgeport.
A 2000 Ford Ranger was traveling north on Route 8 when it suddenly veered to the left, crashing into the median barrier and rolling over before coming to a stop. The driver was thrown off the vehicle and sustained injuries. Officials have now identified the victim as 34-year-old Brian Patrick Parker of Stamford. The crash blocked off a significant section of the interstate, but all lanes have since been cleared. Authorities are expected to release more updates in due time.
