A pedestrian was seriously hurt in an intersection accident in Windham early Wednesday evening.
At 5:51 p.m., reports came in of an incident at the intersection of Tingley and Valley Streets. Emergency teams dispatched to the area discovered a 27-year-old woman who sustained head injuries after she was struck by a 2005 Volkswagen Jetta.
