Windham – Fatal Vehicle Accident
A vehicle veered off the road in Windham last Sunday, killing its driver.
At approximately 5:00 p.m., 65-year-old Robert Durand of Windham was driving his Jeep on Bass Road when his vehicle suddenly swerved off the roadway. Durand was critically injured in the crash and was pronounced dead soon after. No word yet on DUI or hit-and-run, and officials have yet to discover the involvement of other vehicles in the crash. The incident remains under active investigation and authorities are asking anyone with relevant info about the crash to contact them as soon as possible.
