Wethersfield – Rush-Hour Highway Crash

A rush-hour accident in Wethersfield was reported to officials yesterday.

Emergency crews responded to I-91 North following reports of an incident that occurred before Exit 25 (Route 3). According to responders, a vehicle accident blocked off a portion of the highway. No word yet on the number of motorists and vehicles involved, but injuries were reported and EMS teams were requested on-site. The crash was reported at approximately 4:45 p.m. and the scene was cleared around half an hour later. Authorities have not identified anyone yet and will do so in due time.

Rush-hour accidents are processed and cleared as quickly as possible because of the high chance of collateral effects, such as heavy delays and additional accidents. This is done while still following strict protocols that prioritize the safety of all involved motorists and the prompt identification of crash suspects/culprits. That said, people injured in similar scenarios are advised to seek legal guidance so that their best options can be explored and pursued.
