West Haven – Truck Crash On The Interstate

A truck crashed on the highway in West Haven early Wednesday morning.

At around 6:00 a.m., a tractor-trailer carrying milk crashed between Exits 43 and 42 on I-95 South. According to initial reports, the vehicle veered off the interstate and crashed into a guardrail before falling down an embankment and rolling over. Responders quickly arrived on-site and extricated the driver. The victim has since been taken to Yale New Haven Hospital for treatment. Presently, there is no indication that other vehicles were involved in the incident. The case is currently under investigation, and officials will release more info when appropriate.

Available info suggests the driver may have experienced a medical episode that led to the crash. This has yet to be confirmed, and investigators are expected to study this case thoroughly until accountability is accurately established. The discovery of negligence, in particular, is important to take note of because it can open various legal avenues that victims can explore with the help of personal injury experts.
