West Haven – Motorcycle Crash Victim Identified
Authorities have identified the victim of last Sunday’s interstate crash in West Haven.
A few minutes past 6:00 p.m., 32-year-old Jesse Stotz of Wallingford was riding his motorcycle on I-95 North when he lost control and crashed between Exits 43 and 44. Emergency crews were quickly dispatched on-site and transported Stotz to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. There is still no indication that other vehicles were involved in the incident. Authorities are actively investigating the case and will release more updates when appropriate.
It would only be appropriate to thoroughly investigate fatal accidents so that causes are accurately identified. Families of victims should be afforded sufficient opportunities to find closure and, in cases involving negligence, explore avenues that should benefit all aggrieved parties. Legal experts can explain these options and how to best pursue them.
