Wallingford – Worker Injured In Industrial Accident

An industrial worker was seriously injured in an accident in Wallingford early yesterday morning.

At approximately 4:30 a.m., firefighters and paramedics were dispatched to Barnes Park North after reports of a factory accident came in. According to responders, a worker sustained serious burn injuries after an incident around a furnace inside the Holo-Krome facility. The victim was immediately transported to the hospital for treatment, while other emergency teams worked to process the accident scene. Cleanup operations are still ongoing, and the factory remains closed until further notice. Officials have yet to disclose the identity and current status of the injured worker.
