Many instances of single-vehicle crashes can be attributed to either driver error (sometimes DUI) or vehicle failures/defects. It’s the goal of investigators to study all of these factors so that accountability can be accurately established. This process will not just allow suspects to be apprehended, but also enable victims or their families to look at avenues they can explore with expert legal counsel that can help them find closure.
