An employee was injured in a workplace accident in Trumbull yesterday evening.
Reports came in of an accident at Trumbull Printing on Spring Hill Road, prompting authorities to dispatch emergency services to the area. According to responders, an on-duty employee was injured when his hand was trapped inside a printing press at the facility. Other employees helped free the victim’s hand from the machine before paramedics arrived. No word yet on the extent of the employee’s injuries and whether or not he/she was transported to the hospital. The incident is currently under active investigation.
