These types of accidents, small vehicles that collide with large trucks, almost always result in serious injuries or even deaths. Identifying their causes is crucial as this can help prevent future incidents. That said, motorists injured due to negligent or reckless behavior should consult legal experts so that they can determine if filing for damages/compensation would be an appropriate response post-crash.

After thoroughly investigating evidence and all leads in the crash, officials have now identified the hit-and-run suspect as 35-year-old Jose Meraz-Balico. Suffice it to say, these culprits should be stopped from driving. What’s less apparent are the options that victims or their families can pursue to help them cope and find closure. Fortunately, there are legal experts who can help aggrieved parties take stock of their situation and make appropriate recommendations.
