The highest risk of serious injuries typically occur in head-on collisions, and that makes identifying the causes of these incidents extremely important. Preventing future collisions rely on taking reckless or negligent drivers off the road and making them liable for their actions. That said, victims of these unfortunate events, or their next of kin, would be well-served by consulting legal experts to determine what their options could be.
