He appeared in court Monday afternoon to face charges of criminal trespass and second-degree assault. Officials have yet to disclose the identity of the victim pending notification of family members. Norwalk – Prison Term In Fatal Crash

A motorist who killed two people in Norwalk in 2018 will be sentenced to 10 years in prison.

In January 2018, 50-year-old Frank Peterson III and 40-year-old Anthony Johnson, both Stamford residents, were traveling on Connecticut Avenue when a BMW collided head-on with their vehicle. Both were killed in the collision. 35-year-old Anthony Domond was driving the BMW and was under the influence of a prohibited substance at the time of the crash. He was arrested in April that same year and was charged with two counts of first-degree manslaughter. Domond has since accepted a plea deal that will have him serve ten years in prison, followed by five years of probation. His sentencing is scheduled for March 20.

The suspect in this case clearly exhibited negligent behavior by driving while under the influence.
