A motorcycle accident occurred on I-84 last Saturday.
Connecticut State Police reported minor injuries were sustained in a motorcycle crash that happened on the eastbound lanes of I-84 crossing Farmington at around 11:30 a.m. Authorities immediately closed the left and center lanes of that side of the interstate between exits 37 and 39. The incident also caused the westbound side to experience major delays, also between exits 37 and 39. All lanes have since been cleared by state officials. Minor injuries have been reported but identities and vehicles involved have yet to be disclosed by authorities.
Interstate/highway accidents typically cause serious injuries to people. Involved parties cleared of accident responsibility can file for injury claims, while parties proven to be negligent or reckless can be liable for damages.
