Current weather conditions can make it challenging for motorists to spot other people or obstructions on many roads. Having said that, all incidents will be investigated thoroughly to eliminate the possibility of DUI or negligent behavior. The involvement of any of these factors can enable victims to pursue legal avenues against negligent parties.
