In many cases, the causes of single-vehicle accidents are not readily apparent. It’s in these cases where vehicle defects or failures have to be considered, among other possibilities. That said, and whatever the outcome of these investigations, if officials discover any form of negligence, aggrieved parties may have the option of filing for damages if advised by legal experts.
