Shelton – Midday Pedestrian Hit
Authorities responded to reports of a pedestrian accident in Shelton yesterday.
At around 1:30 p.m., emergency crews were dispatched to the area in front of 865 Bridgeport Avenue and discovered a pedestrian injured in a vehicle hit. EMS crews were quickly called in to assist the victim. Officials have yet to release more details about the incident, though it was mentioned that the accident occurred right in front of a TJ Maxx store. The case is currently under investigation.
