Rocky Hill – Vehicle Crash With Injuries
A major road in Rocky Hill was closed down following a crash yesterday morning.
The accident occurred on New Britain Avenue (Route 160) at approximately 8:00 a.m. and forced the closure of the roadway between Cobey Road and Catherine Drive. According to authorities, two vehicles collided in the area, resulting in injuries. Fire and EMS crews quickly arrived to assist those involved in the crash, after which an investigation into its cause immediately started. As of posting time, the crash is still under investigation. Officials have yet to identify motorists affected by the incident and will do so when appropriate.
