Portland – Person in Serious Condition After DUI Crash
Last Wednesday evening, a crash involving a car and a motorcycle resulted in the arrest of one person in Portland.
Authorities arrived at the scene at around 6:30 p.m. The incident occurred at the intersection of Main and Marlborough Streets. According to the police, Donna Downing, who was driving a vehicle collided with Raymond Stebbins, Jr., who was riding a motorcycle. Both are from Portland.
