Icy or adverse road conditions across the state have made it riskier to drive on major thoroughfares. Regardless of this, authorities responding to various incidents will always look at all possibilities when trying to establish liability. Needless to say, motorists exhibiting negligent behavior should be stopped from causing more harm. There are various legal avenues available to both the state and motorists injured in accidents, and consulting experts will only make sense considering the circumstances.
