Plainville – Fatal Rear-End Collision
A motorist was killed in a crash in Plainville last week.
At around 6:45 p.m., 26-year-old Waleska Otero was driving on Route 72 when she hit the back of a stationary Chevy Tahoe. She sustained critical injuries in the collision and was taken to the hospital where she was eventually pronounced dead. Officials have yet to identify the cause of the crash or the status of the second driver. The incident is still under investigation and authorities are asking possible witnesses to contact them right away.
