Oxford – Pedestrian Accident Causes Road Closure
A car hit a pedestrian in Oxford yesterday.
Connecticut State Police reported that a pedestrian was hit by a car on Route 67 crossing Oxford, prompting officials to close a section of the road near the Seymour town line at around 3:00 p.m. That section of Route 67 has since been reopened by authorities. The identity of the pedestrian has yet to be disclosed by officials, and the incident is still under investigation.
