Old Lyme – Interstate Rollover Accident

A tractor-trailer overturned on the highway in Old Lyme Thursday morning.

At 7:56 a.m., reports came in of a crash between Exits 70 and 71 on I-95 North. Responders sent to the area found an overturned tractor-trailer that blocked off a section of the interstate. All affected motorists were quickly tended to, though officials have yet to specify the number of involved vehicles. No word yet on DUI or other factors that may have led to the crash.
