Norwich – Truck Accident Victim Identified
The victim of last Monday’s highway accident in Norwich has now been identified.
61-year-old Robert P. Neubig of Wallingford was driving a tractor-trailer south on I-395 when he lost control of his vehicle near Exit 11. Neubig sustained critical injuries in the crash and died soon after. The truck caught fire and blocked the entire southbound side of the highway after the crash but has since been cleared.
