Norwich – Fatal Single-Vehicle Crash
A vehicle crashed on the Connecticut Turnpike early Tuesday evening, killing its driver.
A few minutes past 6:00 p.m., 23-year-old Joshua Prince of Montville was driving his 2014 Chevrolet Impala on I-395 South when he crashed near Exit 11. The car swerved onto the median, swung back onto the highway, and struck several roadside structures before rolling over and coming to a stop between bridge pillars. Prince sustained critical injuries in the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities are currently investigating the incident and are expected to release more info soon.
While less likely than other causes, vehicle failures/defects have resulted in serious accidents in the past, so these factors are never overlooked by investigators. Of course, there are many possibilities to consider, and whatever the outcome of these investigations, aggrieved parties are always advised to seek legal guidance post-incident.
