Evening driving is generally more dangerous to motorists, so identifying the causes of nighttime accidents is important to help reduce the chances of these incidents happening in the future. That said, if authorities discover reckless driving, DUI, product defects or negligence in any of these cases, injured parties can discuss their rights and options with their legal counsel.
