New Haven – Officer Injured In Hit-And-Run
A police officer was injured in a pedestrian incident in New Haven last Saturday evening.
The incident occurred on Long Wharf Drive. At approximately 10:15 p.m., a local police officer was hit by a passing car and sustained injuries. According to officials, instead of stopping, the vehicle fled the area. The victim has since been tended to by medical personnel.
