Manchester – Assault Case Update

Officials have released an update regarding a court incident in Manchester earlier this month.

On March 2, two judicial marshalls were seriously injured in a parking lot incident outside the town court. They were struck by a vehicle driven by 42-year-old Jose Antonio Lopez. The suspect was arrested the following day in Chicopee, MA. JM Brown was one of the marshalls and was immediately hospitalized following the assault. He has since shown signs of progress but remains under constant monitoring. The case is still under investigation, and authorities are expected to release more info when appropriate.

While some of the circumstances of this case can be considered unusual, the fact remains that people were injured due to negligence or reckless behavior.
