Greenwich – Cyclist Hit By Vehicle
A bike rider was seriously injured in a hit-and-run incident in Greenwich last Saturday.
The accident occurred at the intersection of Fairfield Road and North Street. At approximately 10:00 a.m., a cyclist was hit by a black vehicle in the area, resulting in serious injuries. Instead of stopping, the driver of the vehicle fled the area and was last seen traveling east on Fairfield Road. The victim was tended to by emergency crews and was immediately transported to the hospital for treatment. Authorities are still looking for the suspect. They are requesting anyone who may have information about the incident to contact them as soon as possible.
