East Hartford – Child Pedestrian Accident
A child was hit by a car in East Hartford last Saturday.
East Hartford police are currently investigating an accident involving a car and a six-year-old pedestrian. Emergency responders, including firefighters, immediately went to the area in the vicinity of 154 Hillside Avenue. The child was transported to a local hospital for treatment and is currently reported in serious condition. The driver of the car that hit the victim remained at the scene of the crime and is cooperating with the investigation. No cases have been filed and the identities of parties involved have yet to be disclosed.
