Rush-hour accidents can result in heavy delays, particularly on arterial roads, so authorities would always prioritize cleanup operations in these situations. That said, they will also exhaust all means to assist injured parties and identify the causes of these incidents as seeking justice for those affected can also help them find closure after these unfortunate events.
