Colchester – Fatal Vehicle Accident
A 91-year-old motorist died in a vehicle crash in Colchester last Tuesday afternoon.
Henny Simon was a World War 2 survivor who grew up in Germany and migrated to the U.S. after the war. According to official reports, she was driving her vehicle when it veered off the roadway and crashed into a tree near her residence in Colchester. The senior was taken to the hospital where she was pronounced dead. No word yet on the involvement of other vehicles in the incident. The crash is currently under active investigation. Authorities will release updates when appropriate.
While many of these cases are just accidents, or sometimes caused by drivers themselves, authorities will still investigate these incidents thoroughly to discount the possibility of vehicle failures/defects. Whatever the circumstance, victims of these crashes or their next of kin are advised to consult legal experts to determine their options as these can help them heal and eventually find closure.
