Single-vehicle accidents without immediately observable causes are investigated thoroughly for possible vehicle failures/defects. Of course, other factors are also looked at before liability is formally established. Regardless of circumstance, injured parties not deemed responsible for these incidents may have the option of pursuing various legal avenues with the help of expert counsel.
