In most cases, road accidents will exhibit evidence pointing to specific causes. It’s in cases where culprits are not readily apparent where investigators have to look at other possibilities, including product defects, reckless behavior or negligence. Suffice it to say, if any of these factors are discovered, injured parties may have the option of filing for damages if deemed appropriate by legal experts.
