Bridgeport – Police Chase Stolen Vehicle

Injuries were reported following a police chase in Bridgeport last Wednesday evening.

At 9:02 p.m., reports came in of a stolen vehicle at the intersection of Howard and Railroad Avenues. The vehicle in question intentionally crashed into a police cruiser dispatched to the area before attempting to escape apprehension. A chase ensued until three suspects were arrested just several minutes later. EMS personnel were called in to assist motorists injured in the incident, though officials have yet to identify these victims. Reports suggest the suspects’ vehicle was stolen in Naugatuck.
