There are many circumstances that can precede road-related incidents resulting in injuries to both motorists and pedestrians. Identifying DUI, reckless behavior or negligence is particularly important because mitigating these factors can reduce the chances of future incidents. Having said that, people injured in similar scenarios will always have the option of consulting legal counsel. This is recommended because victims should have ample opportunities to cope and find closure post-incident.
