Bridgeport – Multiple Injuries In Intersection Crash

Several motorists were injured in an accident in Bridgeport late Saturday afternoon.

At approximately 4:31 p.m., emergency teams were dispatched to the intersection of Coleman Street and Washington Avenue following reports of a crash in the area. According to responders, at least three people were seriously hurt in a car crash involving several vehicles. Entrapment was also reported, requiring the intervention of local firefighters to extricate these people. The crash scene has since been cleared, though the case is still under active investigation.
